there is no cooking at all. Its chick peas, black beans, kidney beans some other random bean, chopped parsly, a juiced lemon, cherry tomatos, carrot bits, sweated bell peppers and onions, corn, peas, a little olive oil, some cooked quinoa. its magic cuz its a balanced meal all by itself. sometimes it has other ingredients but anyhow, it tastes petty good even and its pretty.

scribblesgud: (8:39:42 AM) i did a design in highschool, an intricate drawing. of a wing, and instead of tendons to attach it bodily, I put a circle thing there with a maltese cross kind of design.
You know that fuzzy feeling you get when you drink or eat something sugary? It's the waste product of bacteria that are nomming on the sugar in your mouth. No joke. Think of that whenever you're deciding between water and pop and don't have a tooth brush nearby ;)
